This summer's Calvary Chapel Scandinavia conference will take place on July 22nd-26th 2026 near the Swedish town of Vingåker, and registration for all available types of accommodation are now open. Here is what you need to know before you sign up.
The Scandinavian conference will take place at
the campsite called Hjälmargården not far from the Swedish town of Vingåker.
This venue is known and liked by many of our returning Scandinavian
conference-goers for its lakeside location and offers of outdoor space for
activities, incl. canoeing, ball games, miniature golf, playgrounds for kids,
etc.
THE TEACHING
A line-up of invited guest pastors and local
speakers will teach through the first 11 chapters of the Book of Genesis.
The conference will also offer specific
workshops on topics that are highly relevant to our daily lives as Christians.
All teaching will be in English.
THE TEACHERS
This year our guest speaker list will once again include pastors David Guzik (Santa
Barbara, California) and Mark Walsh (Otley, England) who will be joined by Jeremy
Foster (Auckland, New Zealand),
who makes his first return after his guest speaker appearance in 2019. These
three will be joined by local speakers and ministry leaders.
The kids church will once again be taught and
led by Kurt and Tiffany Ibbotson and their team of volunteers from Calvary
Chapel Leipzig in Germany.
THE TIMING
Please note that the "Arrival and
registration" takes place on Wednesday (July 22nd) between 4pm and 7pm.
Dinner will not be provided on the Wednesday evening, so please plan
accordingly. The first worship and teaching session starts at 7:30pm.
THE PRICE
Your attendance price will depend on what type
of accommodation you choose. Types of accommodation are assigned based on
'first come, first serve' principle, so make sure to sign up as soon as
possible before your desired accommodation of choice is 'sold out'.

structure is as follows (please note all currencies are in DKK).
All children aged 0 to 12 (both ages included)
attend free of charge, regardless of your choice of accommodation, thanks to a
generous donation.
Teenagers aged 13 to 17
(both ages included) attend at a reduced price of DKK 1000.
The following per person prices apply to all attendees aged 18 or older,
covering all cost for accommodation, access to all conference facilities, as
well as breakfast, lunch, dinner and refreshments ("fika") throughout
the conference:
Tent or caravan/camper van - DKK 1500 pr adult
Bring your own tent or caravan/camper van, we provide you with a camp spot and
access to toilets and showers
Room without bathroom - DKK 1900 pr adult
Single occupants or groups of friends may need to share a room with other
Calvary Scandinavia guests of same gender, but married couples or single
parents attending with children will have priority for private rooms without
bathrooms. Room size varies depending on how many people you are. Toilets and
showers are in a separate building.
Room without bathroom -
DKK 2200 pr adult (single occupancy only)
Single adult occupants
wanting a room for themselves.
Private room with bathroom - DKK 2200 pr adult
Available for two or more occupants, not for single occupants. These rooms
usually have two bunk beds (so maximum 4 people) and its own private bathroom.
These rooms come with access to a shared kitchen with a fridge and microwave.
Also, suitably for families with up to 2 children.
Family cabin - DKK 2400 pr adult
Available for families of four or more. These are small cabins with 2-4 bunk
beds (holds a total of 4-8 people). Most of them come with a kitchenette
including a fridge and microwave. At the outset, these cabins are available
only to families with two or more children. Should any cabins still be
available to book at the time of the conference, these will be offered to
smaller families (based on date of registration).
IMPORTANT: When signing up, a down payment of 300 DKK
will be required (for every person over 13 years of age that you want to sign
up) to complete and confirm your registration. The remaining part of your
attendance fee does not have to be paid until May 1st at the latest. More info on

conference (any registration fees made will not be refunded if registration is
